Orders placed after 2 p.m. (EST) will ship on the next business day. Next Day and 2nd Day shipping options are not available for weekend delivery. Additional delays may occur during times the store is closed for school breaks and holidays.

Returns:
- Prior approval from the Bruins Shop must be obtained before items may be returned. Please call 1-800-252-1927.
- Please call immediately should you receive damaged or defective materials. Any shipping discrepancies or damages must be reported within 10 days. We will provide information about returning the items and obtaining replacements. Please retain all packaging materials for possible inspection. Defective and damaged materials should be returned within 30 days after notifying the Bruins Shop.
- All materials must be returned with a copy of the invoice and must be in good salable condition (undamaged and unmarked).
- All standard store items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All items must be in new condition and sealed in the original packaging.
- On the invoice, please circle the items being returned as well as the reason for return and the request for credit or replacement.
